The development is located on a property with a proud heritage and retained the historic homestead and croquet lawn.

This project involves the design and construction of a new Sally Little signature 18 hole golf course situated located in a residential estate with a crisp and clean Cape Vernacular architecture in the heart of George. This development consists of 800 single residential and group housing sites, hotel and lodges and ancillary infrastructure.

This development of this estate required a few roads to cross the existing rivers which intersected the site. Detailed hydraulic calculations and designs were undertaken in order to ensure that the bridges would be able to handle the stormwater flow in these rivers so as to enable access to the residents within the estate.
